Since 1980, Lucio Gomiero has pioneered quality through the planting of vines on the side of the highest of the Euganean hills, and by vininfying them with utmost precision. Today Vignalta wines still follow a path of excellence and maintain their high standards of viticultural heritage whilst combining modern oenological techniques. The Vignalta wines are not only the result of dedication, expertise and passion, but also of a particularly favorable natural environment: the Euganean Hills (“Colli Euganei”). The mineral-rich soil of volcanic origin, together with a mild climate with marked differences between day and night-time temperatures, allow Vignalta to produce grapes of extraordinary quality.
