From the heart of the Euganean Hills, the Zanovello family produces organic wines, using traditional vinification methods with spontaneous fermentations, zero clarification and minimum use of sulphites for wines that respect the land and environment. Founded by Franco Zanovello, the company is now run by his children, Marco and Linda. Under their management, Ca’ Lustra di Zanovello became fully certified organic in 2012. More recently, an experimentation project lead them to Sicily, where they cultivate a small vineyard of Petit Verdot and Nero d’Avola.
