Founded by the Mazzocchetti cousins in 1973, Col del Mondo is located in Abruzzo in the municipality of Collecorvino, surrounded by rolling hills that stretch from the Apennines to the Adriatic coast.With vineyards that extend from 150 to 300 meters, clay marls, often calcareous, or loose soils rich in skeleton are frequently encountered with moraine stone, giving life to an old strain of Montepulciano with small and tasty bunches. Since 2008, the company has been entrusted to the next generation, Fabrizio and Giovanna Mazzocchetti.
